I know this will not be everyone's cup of tea. I imagine most people will just say that is is a photo that looks badly focused or something similar. But I specifically wanted an impressionist feel to the photo, without resorting to the use of filters in photo editing. Thus image is shot as is, and then colour and light corrected in photoshop.
