Location
I took this photo in Pisa, Italy.Time
It was shot late morning on a Sunny October day.Lighting
Lighting was ambient so 'as found'. It was a sunny day and I made sure to hide the sun so as not to get flare.Equipment
I used my canon mark d with its kit lens the 24-105 l lens.Inspiration
One cannot go to Pisa without photographing the leaning tower. It is photographed countless of times daily by photographers from all over the world. I wanted to capture something a little bit different but still let the structure be recognizable.Editing
I turned the image into black and white. I dodged and burned until I was satisfied with the result. In my camera bag
Nowadays my camera canon d mark 2 and possibly either the kit lens mentioned above or some other lens depending on what I will be shooting. These days I try to not take a bag but chuck everything in my photographer's jacket. I cannot stand carrying a backpack anymore.Feedback
Try to give your own interpretation to any image, in particular to something that has been photographed so many times that it can turn into a cliche.
