This is one of my favorite shots from you.
I love the simple beauty of Mt. Hood as seen from the air, in contrast to the complexity of a modern cockpit.
As passengers in an aircraft, we marvel at the view, while tending to forget, how marvelous it is that mans machines can fly at all.
Great work !
If I may: this image would be much improved without the "glow" from behind the co-pilot's head.

Is this a composite of more than one shot? It's amazing you could get the mountain in focus & the cockpit too.

So I shot it two ways very quickly. First focus on the pilot control panel then on the mountain. So i would have two shots both with good focus, then I combined them both have good focus overall. Thepilots were very helpful, considering we were at around 24000 ft as you can see from the altimeter .... and it was a US Air Guard practice refueling mission.
