The Mule Ears are those two sharp peaks on the very right of the image at top. At the time I didn't know those even had a paired name, I was just snapping from the seat as we drove, practicing getting images on the fly as it were. I was attempting to capture that 'fade off in the distance' the haze was providing while doing my best to hide the lens aberration my 'broken' camera has. *(also in the upper right area of this image, sorry). It sort of did capture that effect and, because they are the Mule Ears, I included it.
