There is an open air market in the city of Isperih, Bulgaria where nearly anything can be found. This guy was preparing bread which is cooked on a hot metal plate. when it is finished cooking he put various other foods inside it much like a sandwich. He is applying a light coat of oil to help the bread cook and for flavor.
