This photo was taken in Norfolk Nebraska near the Elkhorn River.

Time

The picture was taken shortly before sunset on a beautiful winter day where the temperature reached 50 degrees...the perfect chance to enjoy a walk with my dog.

Lighting

The sun was setting fast and as I came through the trees the beauty of the moment caught my attention.

Equipment

I used my cell phone camera to capture the image.

Inspiration

As I walked through the trees the silence was so peaceful and as I looked up from my dog, the beauty of the moment stunned me...it was perfect! Tha picture only captures a hint of the beauty of that moment...I was hooked on photography from that moment on!

I have a small tripod besides my camera...just the basics.
