St.Catherines rock in Tenby, West Wales.
Used to be a castle that was part of the mainland defense, but through various owners and over the ages, fell into decay.
While a few have been able to access the inside, for photigraphy purposes, access to it has been restricted due to the extreme decay and unstable insides..
It is seperate from the mainland by a beach, and by water during uigh tides.
