I built my own Pano Rig for less than 20 bucks from the hardware store, This is 12 pictures using a Rokinon 8 mm cin lens stitched using Hugin.

Will add to this...Two days prior there was No snow with temp in the low 60's, The day prior, Monroe County (Rochester, N.Y.) had a significant multi-directional 75+ mph wind storm that damaged the power grid to 100,000 plus homes, the temps that day was high 50's that slowly dropped over the day which that night the snow storm hit.
