Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken across a snow covered plowed corn field near reelfoot lake in Tennessee.

Time

It was right at sunset. My daughter and I had gone to the store to grab a few things.

Lighting

The sun is the sole light source. The snow and ice made for some beautiful reflections.

Equipment

Canon t3

Inspiration

As we were driving along the road the sun set and reflections off the snow and ice were just too beautiful to pass up.

Editing

The only adjustments were for color and clariry. There is also a blue hue filter used.

In my camera bag

Canon t3. Canon t6. I have a 18-55 lens, a 75-300 lens, and a 100-400 lens. I also have various filters.

Feedback

You have to take the shots when they present themselves. Sometimes the spontaneous photos are the best ones.
