This is my 3rd installment into my "PDX Bridges" project where I am capturing all bridges crossing the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon. I had seen so many great images from on top of the bridge that I knew I had to get a new perspective. I went several times to find the best and most unique angle and then what time of day would best suit that frame. I really feel positive about achieving that purpose and I am having a lot of fun capturing all the bridges.
