Such an amazing image with her floating by an enormous flock of Flamingos or Spoonbills. Love this!

Location
This photo was taken in a salt marsh in Torrevieja, Alicante (Spain). Due to the high amount of salt in the flood, water turns to a reddish (or pink) color, specially at sunset.Time
This shot was taken at sunset. Sunsets are specially beautiful in this spot because of the color of the environment and the huge space around us, where you can truly appreciate the landscape. In a cloudy day you can see yellows, oranges and reds painting the skyline around the mountains, and blues and violets on the rest of the celestial vault.Lighting
This shot was taken with natural light, coming from the sun at the moment that was hiding behind the mountains, and bouncing the ray lights up in the sky. The sky is a natural reflector that bounces the sunlight everywhere creating soft shadows which is great to photograph color and textures around us.Equipment
I worked with Sony A7RIII with a 35mm 1.4 lens mounted. No flashes or reflectors where used.Inspiration
The landscape itself created this idilic vision on my imagination. I wanted to have more flamingos walking around the flood, so I did it in postproduction. And I wanted to have a human in the foreground watching the same scene that we see though the lens and being part of the experience. She is in a floater as a visual representation of the vacation time we were living at the moment.Editing
This is the result of two images. Flamingos were duplicated many times to create the first image and that was blended with the other photograph, with the model, the flood and the background. In my camera bag
All my equipment is a Sony A7RIII camera and a 35mm 1.4 Sony Zeiss Lens at the moment. For the studio images I bring my Godox AD200pro and some modifiers with me. I also bring reflectors and diffusers for outdoor photography.Feedback
Having some lighting knowledge and some photoshop skills is essential to create this king of imagery. And knowing your camera, of course :)
