In 2014 I attended a 50th anniversary celebration of the Ford Mustang. The event was help at the Motor Speedway outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. After finishing the Mustang celebrations I went into Las Vegas to see what adventures I could find. I discovered there was a Rock-a-Billy gathering at the Orleans Casino. I must admit, I found this event much more fun than the Mustangs at the Raceway. I plan to attend another Rock-a-Billy event with more time so I can enjoy all there is to see and do. I love old cars but I am not that guy who can identify them all. So if you know what this car is please share your knowledge with us.

Awesome car !
This is probably a highly customized 1950 Mercury Monterrey. A similar car to this, dressed in flat black, was used in the 1986 movie Cobra, starring Sylvester Stallone.
