Hand held Nikon D850 with a Nikkor AF 24-120mm f/4 lens.Inspiration
I was driving this route to get home to Vancouver, British Columbia from Kamloops. I purposely drove this two-lane highway as opposed to the much faster multi-lane Coquahalla, so that I could stop along the way and take pictures. Compared to the Coquahalla Highway 5A is a much more scenic and longer route to Vancouver that offers great photographic opportunity..Editing
Yes. I enhanced the gold and blue colours by slightly increasing the saturation. In my camera bag
In this case, and because I was driving, I had all my photo equipment with me: D750, D850, 150-600mm f/5-6.5, 12-24mm f/4, 24-120mm f/4, 105mm Macro, Nikkor 50mm f/1.4, Manfroto tripod, ND UV filters, extension rings, and lens cleaners.Feedback
Choose the slow route as much as you can when travelling and stop often along the drive. Be patient and take in your surroundings where possible and physically get out of your vehicle at every opportunity. On this trip I stopped at every possible turn out and shoulder that offered an opportunity to safely stop the car, meaning the trip took more time than it should have taken.
