Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken on a gloomy day at Moraine Lake located in Banff National Park in Alberta Canada.

Time

This was a mid afternoon photo. Arriving to the lake I was created with a beautiful cold snowstorm in the middle of the mountain summer

Lighting

The light was fun to play around in. Changed a few different settings and away I went

Equipment

This photo was shot using a Samsung S7. I set up the panorama mode and away I went.

Inspiration

I live, work, and play in the Banff National Park. So that being said due to how busy the lake is I make it out twice a year. This was a moody setting of a day so I figured it would be a good one to shoot.

Editing

I uploaded the picture right to Snapseed which I use to post process photos on my phone. For camera images I try to take the best possible image to avoid any post processing. But if it happens Lightroom is my go to!

In my camera bag

My camera bag consists of a Sony A7Rii, Sony A7ii, Canon 7d, and a Pentax Super ME. Lenses range from ultra wide to super telephoto.
