Planned for a sunrise shoot at one of the hidden gems of New Zealand South Island, i started off more than an hour before the planned sunrise time to capture the colors of dawn ...
After around 20 mins of drive, I was supposed to reach very close to the lake, but with the dense fog and mist, i could hardly see around. It took me more than 30 mins to find a suitable location and actually park my car near to a camping ground. After all the initial struggle, the faint glow of morning light of the magical view of the Lake in a dense fog appeared before my eyes. It was a frosy and slippery surroundings but i managed quickly to cover a lot of ground and place myself to capture a near perfect memory
