I didn't win the People's Choice Award even though this photo was ranked No. 1. VB first said that rank is determined by the number of votes (they later changed their answer to my same question). But the Most Voted ranked 2nd and won People's Choice. I guess ranking is meaningless and that, to me, is discouraging. In what scenario should 1st ranked anything, not win? Illogical. Thanks, though, Sophie!
