When I am not going on a special photo shoot trip I carry 5DMIII + 24-70II with me, When going for landscape photography or shooting the northern lights I carry 70-200F4IS, Samyang 14mm 2,8 and 24-70II. When shooting model/fashion or fine art nude in the nature I carry 135/2 instead of the Samyang, same goes for the studioFeedback
Well, always carry the camera with you and of course knowing how your camera measures the available light, as in using manual and knowing when to stop up or down to get the best results. Some thing can't be taught like having the eye for the frame, so I guess it is up to practice and more practice
