A wildlife buffet.

While in Etosha in 2016 I had visited a few waterholes and on this particular day I decided to go up north to the western side of Etosha and
visit Okendeka waterhole. Someone told me that there was a pride of lions that frequented the watering hole. When I arrived I was greeted by a large amount of game. Zebras, springbok, wildebeest, oryx, giraffe, ground horn bills, crows, and I'm sure, plenty more in between. No lions but I understand why they would visit often. The movement of animals was mesmerising as they moved as individuals rather than groups. I stopped and watched this scene for a good hour.

I tried various options with my camera and eventually used my canon 70-200mm f-2.8, set the camera to an f-stop of 9 which seemed to be as good balance for light and sharpness with a shutter speed of 1000 to capture that instantaneous moment.
