Not far from my home is an Indian reserve where the public has permission to walk. Here is the first beach. Picture the elements that are hinted at but which we viewers must look for within the visual clues, especially the breeze off the sea, the fluttering leaves, the flicker of shadows, and little waves that curl upon the gravel shore. Black and white provides us with a restricted set of clues, all the colours are absent, but as a result we have to look that much more carefully, enter into the image, and that can only be a good thing. :)
