Anther selfie of course, but this time I was seeking an image that would use the shady side of a burnt out old snag to advantage. A straight shot? Boring! So I placed my looking-up profile against the dark and textured background. This provided both a context for the stump and a dark uncluttered backdrop for the face. Tricky, huh? What lies beyond the black stump? ( Australian expression)
