I was down by the local river taking a few shots, and I only saw a flick, so I looked back at the photo and there he was

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Black castle,Wicklow town, Ireland. There isn't much left of the castle

Time

It was taken between 8 and 10 pm as the moon was rising over the Irish sea on the east coast of Ireland

Lighting

It was taken a couple of years ago, as far as I remember it was approximately a 20 second shot

Equipment

It was shot on a canon camera on a tripod no flash, exposure length was approximately 20 second

Inspiration

I was on an outing with my local camera club, we decided to try get photos of the moon. It wasn't looking like I was going to get any photos of it that night with the clouds, then some gaps appeared where the moon was and I managed to get this picture

Editing

I did a small bit on photoshop, nothing major, increased the contrast a little

Feedback

I found taking pictures of the moon works better on a tripod, exposure length no longer than 30 seconds because it moves through the sky any longer causes it to become blurry
