A magpie farewell to his companion. This is a composition of 4 photos I took to the scene. I was awake with a big noise in the garden. Opened the window and saw this sad story: a magpie had died and lying down. Her companion began surrounding her, trying to understand what had happened. When he finally understood that she has died, he started crying (see last photo)

Location
This photo was taken in my own garden.Time
In the morning. I was then cleaning my bedroom by 11.00hLighting
Although in was a November morning, the sky was clear so the light coming from south duly illuminated the birds.Equipment
I used my previous compact camera Canon Powershot SX710 HS, without flash or tripod.Inspiration
This is a composition of 4 images taken at that time. So, I could "tell" this touching story. I was alerted by the strong chirp of a magpie, it's not usual. I went to the window and saw the movements of the surviving bird. They could be a couple or just friends, but the feeling of sadness, the farewell was so touching to me that I run picking up my camera and recorded this in images. Who says that animals don't have feelings?Editing
Surely, I had to make a composition of 4 from the various images I took so that this sole picture could tell the story. In my camera bag
As an amateur, I always take with me my newest compact camera Canon Powershot SX730 HS, my mobile Sony E5603, a Canon compact camera Powershot SX710 HS and my older camera Olympus VG-160, some extra batteries and, sometimes 2 small tripods (one of them is a “Gorillapod”).Feedback
