This photograph was taken at Malvern Hills in Worcestershire, I am an amateur photographer and love having a go with different anglesTime
This was taken just before sunset; my partner and I have walked up quite some steep hills and pathways to reach the top; but once there the views were breathtaking. As it was Autumn, many people were leaving early as it was starting to get cold; I just suddenly had the idea to crouch down really low to take the shot I order to get a more realistic impression of making your way back down. Hence the title of the photographLighting
I wanted to draw the attention to wonderful Autumnal colours on the ground and in the sky. I wanted to bring out the highlights and the shadows to draw the eye to make the photograph have a realistic and earthy feel to it so that people could imagine themselves there.Equipment

The whole landscape is amazing at the Malvern Hills with so many shots to chose from; but I simply wanted to explore and suddenly had the urge to get down really low. So I lay down on my stomach; steadied my cameras; lined up my shot and clicked. I thought the pathway gave a great leading line with the undulations in the background with the wonderful skies. As an amateur I do not have a lot at all in my bag; just the trusted Nikon with the 28-300mm lense; I do also have a tripod to steady the camera for those awkward places.Feedback
I have travelled up to Scotland and the Wester Ross coast has some of the most amazing scenery I have ever come across; the key for me is patience and not simply to click away. Best times of time are sun rise and sun sets; especially with some cloud cover as these really enhance the photograph. Look for the unusual angle and don’t always conform; get low and it’s amazing what shots can be achieved
