Asleep, or dead and gone

Approaching difficult subjects as in dead and lost amid the processes of the natural world. The camera can go where we ourselves dare to go. I tried several time with tripod and 10 second timer until i got it right. That interesting combination of the technical and the intuitive.B&W, grainy, the figure way off center, almost lost,all done on purpose, this is not beautiful or conforming to any compositional standard, but I consider it to be one of my best photographs.
