Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Manvel, Texas in our yard.

Lighting

I love using natural light and the early morning light is my favorite light source.

Equipment

Canon 5D Mark 2 with the Canon 100mm Macro lens.

Inspiration

I loved the look of this angel trumpet bloom before it was open the petals were so delicate looking like layers of lace.

Editing

I always process my images in Lightroom just basic adjusting was done to this image nothing more.

In my camera bag

I am a Canon Girl normally I carry a 35mm or a 50mm, 100mm macro, and a 24- 105mm. I use my Canon 5D Mark 2 and I have a few batteries and memory cards just in case I need them. Along with that are some lint-free cloths and some filters for my lenses.
