Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in my dad's yard in Riverdale, MI, sort of "middle of the mitten" of Michigan, yet what we Michiganders refer to as "up north". The trees are extremely tall in his yard, which is basically a forest. I wanted to take a photo of the foggy conditions in the trees.

Time

It was early to mid morning.

Lighting

Not really.

Equipment

Kodak Pixpro AZ361. I didn't use a tripod or flash.

Inspiration

I was a newbie photographer with a new camera and had only taken shots of fog with my phone up to that point. I really liked taking shots of the fog.

Editing

Not that I can remember. I was so new to photography, I don't think I'd gotten my 1st editing program yet or even knew how to edit.

In my camera bag

My Kodak Pixpro, extra batteries, lenses wipes and charger cord.

Feedback

You just need really tall trees and a bit of heavy morning fog.
