This image or photo was taken in the morning from the famous tourist attraction in Sri Lanka- called Lipton's seat. Lipton is a British Planter who was incharge of tea estates in hill country called Haputale. He has used this location ( which is the highest elevation) to keep vigilant what was happening at the tea estates below.
