This beggar lives on the street, in other countries we called them homeless people. In our country these people greatly depend on the small contributions given to them by pass-buyers for sustenance. We need to ask the question, are these poor people are excluded from the society. You can see from his smile, still he is a human being with feelings with happiness or sadness. Do they have the right to ask help from the government. If you look at their background, most of these old beggars have become destitute owing to their old age and isolation.
