I just from my shopping :) and it was late in the night around 10:00 pm and was waiting for my taxi to go to the hotel. Here I observed the Sun Tech Mall Circle and traffic moving around. I visualized the slow moving effect and took this snap. I had to creatively use one of the police stands after taking their permission as I did not have any tripods. :)
