I nicknamed this white egret "White Wisp" when I took his or her photograph before. White Wisp hangs out at the boat launch area on the Umpqua River, where the returning fisherman toss fish scraps or leftover bait out. It was late afternoon at the golden hour. This is in Reedsport on the Oregon Central Coast.
