It was late afternoon, the golden hour, when I saw a white egret silhouetted against the blue water of the Oregon Coast's Umpqua River at Reedsport. With the sun starting to set behind me the light was casting my shadow directly in front of me. Great lighting. There was such a beautiful relaxed feeling and all was peaceful.
