The photo was taken by standing at the railing of the Cape Creek Bridge right after the road comes out of the tunnel. Heceta Lighthouse is on the right and you can see the beacon shining on the Heceta Head Point, hundreds of feet above the ocean. This is located partway between Florence and Yachats on the Central Oregon Coast. Taken in late May.
