It tastes like pommes de terre frites, really! So they just fried them in front of us in a bit of vegetable oil. Just do not look while you put it into the mouth and then it is not so bad. The others were made into flour and then baked into a cake or bread. There is no taste or smell or anything, so it is just normal protein enriched bread.
