The only flower that is standing high above all the others.
Eventhough the foreground is really busy you can tell what the subject is since its directly in middle and the flower is at eye line.
With the light directly hitting tese flowers it means that nothing is being hidden so you can see every little detail on the flower. I love how when you look at the base of the flower it looks as if there is a spider sitting there. With the sun hitting the flower we are able to observe for long.
the rule of thirds in this image is fascinating. The background involves the streets of Italy and the colourful forest which makes the photo have a vibrant feel towards it making the flower able to standout even more since the contrast in the colours.
