Light and color created a dramatic sunset sky framing the Heceta Lighthouse on the distant cliff. After an evening of grey fog and rain sprinkles it was a surprise to see the light come through the clouds with shades of muted gold, pink and peach. The white capped waves against the grey water and gold reflections looked like a painting.
