Thanks so much, it was taken half way up another mountain. I am glad it turned out so well because being on the train you have to get your train legs, much like a boat ; and getting your sea legs.

There was a bluish haze around the mountains because of forest fires further south of British Columbia. Thus the blue haze in my photo's. Thanks for liking this photo though. Very kind of all of you fellow photographers. Thanks for the compliments.

Thank you for liking this photo. I took this photo from a train on the way back to Prince Rupert to visit family.

Location
I took this photo on my way out west or on my way back from out west to visit my twin-sister. I took the Via-rail train; the more northern route that winds it's way through the northern part of British Columbia Canada. It goes by right Mount Robson.Time
I would have to say that it was around early afternoon when this photo was taken.Lighting
It was a very sunny day and it was around noon or just afternoon so the sun was high and moving east-word.Equipment
I'm not sure which camera this photo was taken with because I had two camera's with me and this photo was taken in 2015.The only tripod I used was my arms and hands.Inspiration
I didn't want to miss this shot of Robson because it is a spectacular view. It is rare that people get to see Mount Robson on a clear day. Usually it is overcast outside and the top part of this mountain is usually hidden by cloud cover.Editing
The only post processing I did was to find the proper location on the train to get this view. I also wanted to make sure I had my train legs ready to hold me steady while trying to take this shot. If you've ever been on a train or tried walking or standing still on the train than you know what I mean. It's like having to have sea-legs on a boat.In my camera bag
All I had was my camera around my neck. The small case it came with.Feedback
I found using my view finder helped me to frame the view I wanted to take a photo of. Always make good use of your camera.
