Shortly after arriving at this remote (but public lake) I had a not very happy local man flood lighting me from the bank above.
He asked what I was doing, so I explained to the voice coming from the blinding light that I was taking pictures. The voice said "in the dark?" He then informed me I should have told someone I was going to be out there. I remained polite and said ok, rather than being sarcastic and telling him I didn't have the remote batch hotline saved in my cell.....
