Amazing reflections Larry....it seems very tranquil and peaceful place to relax...

Dear Daisy: You are correct, it is a quiet and peaceful place, a nature preserve surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a big city. People love to go there for strolling and picnicking. When I lived in Yangon, this park and the lake were across the street from my apartment. It was so perfect for me! :)

Thanks, Chuck. Times change. Originally, this reservoir was the city water supply for Rangoon. Later a second, much larger reservoir was added, the British departed, Rangoon became Yangon. But the beauty probably remained unchanged. Thanks for writing. :) :)
