New Zealand's Waihi Falls are located about 30 minutes from Dannevirke in a largely remote, but easy to get to part of the country). The stunning falls are a must do for any visitor to the region with the deep pool beneath the falls safe for swimming by those who are brave enough to deal with NZ's cool waters. Watch yourself on the rocks though!
