Volcan el Cuervo lies just outside the protected National Park areas of Lanzarote, and it’s one of the few volcanoes you can freely walk around (and inside!). The landscape here is mind-blowing, with the lava lows cast off by the erupting volcano clear as you walk around its perimeter.
