Location
The Isle of Skye, Scottish HighlandsTime
Between 3pm and 6pmLighting
I waited hours for the sun and clouds to form in a way that looked great with the rock formation.Equipment
Canon 6D - 20mm, tripod.Inspiration
I travel all over Scotland taking images of our wonderful landscape. The Isle of Skye has some absolutely spectacular sights.Editing
I use a graduated neutral density filter to enable me to capture the sky and cloud detail. Post-processing helps bring this out.In my camera bag
Canon 6D - 3 x lenses; 20mm, 100-200mm and a 40mmFeedback
Get your location sorted out, make sure you get there early and walk around to find the best angles before you take the camera out of the bag.
