This is wow. Well done - the distortion adds a lot of value to the shot

Behind The Lens

Location

That photo is taken in Romania, Saftica, near Bucharest.

Time

From what I remember, this was taken in the summer of 2016, one evening he prepared become rainy, but that proved to be only a small threat of rain as clouds the picture turned out to be harmless. It was almost midnight.

Lighting

I liked very much how spades moonlight above the clouds in combination with warm shades of lights in the neighborhood

Equipment

This was shoot with NIKON D750, SIGMA ART 20mm lens, on the tripod.

Inspiration

Lights, clouds, state of tranquility and harmony in the neighborhood, inspired me to realize this framework.

Editing

Photo was taken in a single shot. There were a few small adjustments to contrast, brightness and color intensity and less crop.

In my camera bag

I always in my backpack: Nikon D750, Tamron 24-70mm f / 2.8 VC and 70-200mm Nikon f / 2.8 VR, a tripod, low-capacity cards with high speeds, spare batteries, lens cleaning kit, gray card , plastic bag in case it rains :)

Feedback

Landcape is not one of my main hobbies of photography, but I found some basic guidelines to achieve beautiful shots. You must have patience. Nature can offer spectacular views for just a moment. You must always be ready to capture the moment. Prepare your camera to the frame you get to watch. Make settings depending on the environment you're in and snap some pictures you can test to fine-tune all parameters: ISO, aperture, white balance, etc. For images that do not require tracking a moving subject, I recommend manual focus confirmation on the camera screen, because it allows us to zoom in to capture details clearly as possible. Good light is good luck!
