The creature snaked through the desert sand as though the parched ground was water. It's body although contracted into multiple humps, appeared to stretch at least a quarter mile. I had only one chance to deliver a death strike if I were to live to tell the tale. The engravings along the blade of my sword glowed so brightly, the beast could not look directly in my direction. My powerful battle cry came out in a voice I never knew existed as I raced towards the behemoth.....
