I photographed this picture after a 36-hour snow storm. The sunset was breathtaking that evening.

I live in New England and with the changing seasons, I never know what I may encounter. I have found that the Golden Hour, (1 hour before dawn and 1 hour before dusk), is when I take my best photos. As a self-taught landscape photographer, I rely on my intuition and what moves me. When I feel butterflies in my stomach, I know it is time to capture my visualization. I am always prepared, because, there is nothing worse then being inspired to take a picture and not having a camera close at hand.
