After a small hike to a vantage point on a hill behind the Key Monastery in Kaza, we were on our way back to our homestay and that’s when we quickly stopped as we saw ominous clouds drifting away and also a downpour on a mountain far away. Not to miss even a bit we jumped out of our cars as quickly as we could. Like madmen we were running around fixing our tripods, finding good spots, etc.. The incredible change in colour that evening was something that I’d never dreamt of.
