1990, with an old toyota and a carton of sheet film I sat out to follow Len Beadell's tracks through the western Desert. His 100 mile oak on the Sandy Blight Junction road was a mayor landmark, only know to a few then. I heard some morons stole the sign later, you can see see it if you look close enough. Rescanned in 2015.
