Dandelions get a bad rep. Yes, they are a weed, but one of the most nutritious weeds out there and they are full of vital nutrients, I use them in soups and salads and have a very distinct flavour. They are beautiful in so many ways. Bright yellow that can be quite striking when they grow in multitudes together and when they wither away and go to seed they become a spectacular display in the macro world, as shown here. I love them, just not in my lawn...lol
