My canon powershot SX30 IS. That's it.Inspiration
I loved how the light was coming through the trees and how it cast an eerie shadow over my footprints. This dark, phantomish, image came into my head and I just ran with it. I loved how the tracks created this boundary between nature and man. To me, its a dark representation of every mans eventual dission, "which path to take, which life to live."Editing
I didn't do much except boosted the contrast and darkened the shadows.In my camera bag
A small tripod, some lens cleaner, lots of tissues, my charger, and a usb cable. Sometimes an emergency snack if I know I'm going to be out for a while.Feedback
I wasn't taking this photo with any rules or tech terms in mind. This was a spur of the moment, mistake, that brought about this image in my mind. Don't hunt for that best shot. Just enjoy the day and see what you come across.
