While stationed at the Pentagon my photography unit was tasked to do "A Day In The Life Of The Bicentennial." It was 8 AM at the Washington Monument, overcast and foggy when I captured this mounted police officer making his rounds. This later became part of my "Just Another Day At The Office" photography exhibit.
