Location
This picture was taken in February of 2010 with a Kodak Easyshare camera. As I was crossing a bridge, I saw this damselfly resting. With my camera in hand, I patiently approached the damselfly, hoping not to scare it away.Time
The time of the day was early morning. I know that nature is more active at this time.Lighting
The camera lighting that I used was auto lighting. I am a beginner. I do not know much about lighting options or settings yet.Equipment
I used my Kodak Easyshare camera, with a small green case, that I carried in my hand.Inspiration
My attitude is what inspired me the most. I have always enjoyed taking pictures and going on nature walks. I get excited to go out and try to capture life and the world that we live in. Sometimes I come back without pictures.Editing
This picture did not have any post-processing. This picture is an original. In my camera bag
At this time, I did not have a camera bag. For this particular picture, I had my camera and camera case. I kept it in my hand, or in my pocket.Feedback
As a beginner, I have a lot of things that I still need to learn. When I was a child, I remember having a purple Kodak 110. It required an actual film. Find a camera that works for you and your lifestyle. Take multiple shots for comparison. Make sure to have fun. The Canon Rebel has been the best for me. I look forward to upgrading my accessories and continuing my adventures.
